We are currently looking for talented and energetic Behavior Therapists to join our clinical team.

Currently, we have immediate part-time positions available.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • BA degree in psychology, sociology, or other related field is a plus

  • RBTs is a plus 

  • Some experience working with kids

  • Must legally be authorized to work in the United States

  • Possesses a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance

  • Must provide verification of negative TB test and a criminal background check

  • Bilingual skills are a plus (especially Spanish)

 

Job Description

  • Provides direct services in the home under the supervision and guidance of the case specialist, supervisor, and clinical team

  • 1:1 behavior intervention services to children with autism and related disorders in the home and clinic

  • Attends scheduled team meetings, related observations, and demonstrates behavior interventions and programs

  • Implements behavior intervention strategies as decided upon in team meetings and/or as directed by case specialist or supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in Psychology or another related field

  • Must be in process of working toward an advanced degree, including but not limited to a Doctorate (e.g., PhD, EdD) or MA/MS in behavior analysis or related field

  • Must be in process of working toward BCBA credential

  • Must legally be authorized to work in the United States

  • Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance

  • Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

 

Job Description

  • Provide services under supervision of a BCBA in accordance with BACB Guidelines

  • Develop behavior support plans and IPP goals under supervision of a BCBA

  • Work with adults consumers in various settings such as day programs, individual’s homes 

  • Implement behavior plans

  • Conduct special sessions and observations

  • Interface with program manager

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Train staff

  • Monitor program implementation, including graphing data, conducting treatment integrity checks and quality assurance checks

  • Participate in job-related training and team meetings

  • Schedule sessions and notify about cancellations

  • Notify Clinical Director or Executive Director of all potential for suspicion of abuse and neglect, client AWOL, injuries to staff or client that require greater than first aid treatment

  • Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a Behavior Specialist

Consultant, BCBA

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MA/MS, or Doctorate (e.g, PhD, EdD)  in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst 

  • Will provide supervision of Behavior Specialist interns in accordance with BACB Guidelines

  • BCBA must demonstrate the ability to use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make observations

  • Provide ethical, effective, and practical behavior analytic interventions

  • Must conduct assessments, develop interventions, train agency staff, and use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions

  • Must legally be authorized to work in the United States;

  • Possess a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance

  • Must provide verification of negative TB test and criminal background check

  • BCBA responsibilities

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Description

  • Oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director

  • Practice in accord with Pyles & Associates policies and procedures

  • Supervise Behavior Specialists, meeting or exceeding the supervision guidelines developed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

  • Provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to direct support professionals

  • Interface with lead staff/ home manager to coordinate schedules and services

  • Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports in a timely manner (defined individually by agency, regional center, and case) to the Clinical Director, the Regional Center Service Coordinator, and agency staff

  • Update clinical staff and caregivers on client progress

  • Conduct functional assessments under the supervision of the Clinical Director

  • Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans

  • Develop and monitor interventions and progress reports

  • Implement behavior plans

  • Conduct observations and training of direct support staff (e.g., collecting reliability data on programs and assessments, monitor treatment integrity)

  • Record data

  • Graph data consistently 

  • Conduct staff training using Behavior Skills Training (BST)

  • Follow applicable laws and regulations as a mandated reporter
